Tara Srinivasan, an Austin-born 14-year-old, is set to achieve a momentous milestone of completing her Bharatanatyam Arangetram, the result of almost 10 years of dedicated training. This performance consists of a 2.5-hour solo dance with a live orchestra, in India’s oldest classical dance form.

In celebration of the National Day of Taiwan, the Austin Oversea Committee and Formosa Melody Music Center present this performance of dance, visual arts, and live music played on traditional Chinese instruments.
